On your mark... Get set... It's looking like we're 6-7 weeks from launching the PS4 and XB1 versions! We expect to have dates to announce in the coming weeks.
Check out this work in progress video of the XB1 version in development.
Can you find one of the visual bugs? Here's a clue: something you would expect to see - is missing.
Answer: Oh! This is most dubious. It's the cart shadows!
Not to worry, every day the code is closer and closer to being ready for submission. Stay tuned!

Figurine Series 1 - Reward Preview
Oi! Have a Captain Cook (look) at this! The first figurine prototype has arrived!
Our manufacturer has been selected and the first molds have been made, starting with none other than a TY the Tasmanian Tiger cast - painted and delivered to us for review.
Prepare your "Oo's" and "Ahh's"... Behold! The TY prototype!
This handsome guy stands about 7cm/3 inches, and has detachable boomerangs!
We repeat - DETACHABLE rangs!
Each figure in the set comes individually packaged on a retro-styled "toy collector" backing card.
If you purchased/selected a reward with Series 1, you'll also be receiving Shazza, Sly and Boss Cass. Which we are happy to report, those figures are coming along nicely, too. They have been 3D modelled, cast, and have just had their first test painting.
For the five characters in Series 2, Dennis, Frill, Fluffy, Maurie and Julius, the 3D modelling is underway.
As a reminder, all physical goods are still expected to ship at the end of the year.
*Also, we make no claim about their fitness for going into the water. Not yet at least.

PS4 and XB1 Development Update
What's been going on with development since the Nintendo Switch launch? Heaps of PS4 and XB1 code work! Trophies and Achievements are being implemented. The storefronts are being set up on the PS4 and XB1 backends in all their different languages, required images and game trailer videos.
There are some hiccups with some code at the moment, so we're still sticking to our projected launch date of the end of Q2 2021, which means by July 1. As always, we will keep you updated of any changes, and will endeavor to obtain the tokens/key codes for you to be able to play the game before launch.

Double Vinyl - Reward Preview
The Test Pressings Have Come!
The cutting and stamping of the metal master stampers have been made, and the first vinyl test prints have arrived! You rippa! Here's a sneak peek of the rich full sound of the upcoming double-disc TY2 vinyl records.
The cover art and liner notes have also been finalized. You can see the final cover art below. The vinyl discs and their labels below are placeholders. We'll leave that as a surprise for later.
Specifications
George Stamatiadis' soundtrack won Best Game Audio by our peers through the Australian Game Developers Association. Due to ship by the end of the year, this two-disc set will come with full color print, white paper inner sleeves, and individually shrink wrapped.

We have received the key codes for Nintendo Switch systems and they have been distributed! The email you are looking for is called "New Digital Content for TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD : Switch, PS4 & XB1 on BackerKit".
After you confirm your code, the game will be ready for download. You can play the game now, before it launches.

TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD launches March 30th (31st in AU/NZ/EU)
G'day, backers! The time has come to talk about the release dates for TY2HD on Nintendo Switch systems. We've completed the submission process with Nintendo and the eShop and are now happy to confirm that the Nintendo Switch digital version of the game releases at the end of the month! (not long now....!!)
If you are getting a game key code for Nintendo Switch as part of your Kickstarter backer level, or if you've ordered one through our BackerKit add-on store, you will receive an email in the next week(ish) with a link to retrieve your code. The subject will be "New Digital Content for TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue HD on BackerKit".
You will need to retrieve this code, to enter it in the "Redeem" section on your Nintendo Switch.
If you have multiple TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2 BackerKit orders, you may need to switch between your orders at the top of the page to get to the right order.
We will distribute the keys as soon as we receive them. We expect this to be a few days before launch. We expect that these will let you play before the official launch date; like they did for TY1HD!
Not getting a key as part of your backer reward/BackerKit add-on? Not to worry, the game will be available to purchase on the Nintendo Switch eShop as a digital download when it launches on the 30th (31st for AU/NZ/EU).
