Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven’t completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from BackerKit.
Those backers who have a @[email protected] email address can either update their account as mentioned above, or you can reach out to us to update their email address in BackerKit.

How can I get some of the physical rewards that aren’t in the reward tier I’ve backed? I need me some shorts!
We’ve got you sorted! Backers of a successful Kickstarter campaign will be able to add-on additional individual items after the campaign ends to their pledge, through our pledge-manager, BackerKit.com, except for the Kickstarter exclusive items.

Will the digital rewards be delivered with the physical rewards or sooner?
Some digital rewards, like the Steam key, should be sent out soon after the campaign completes, with the physical rewards shipping out by the end of 2021. Other digital goods, like the artbook, will be sent when it is completed. The complimentary digital key codes will be sent shortly before their platform’s launch. Digital items will be sent via a BackerKit.com email with a link to retrieve the item.

Can I play without motion controls?
For the Nintendo Switch, the game will have both a motion gesture control system; as well as a traditional button press control system, so people can play how they want.

How can I pledge with PayPal?
Kickstarter doesn’t currently have a method of pledging to the campaign, with PayPal. However, after the Kickstarter campaign ends, you’‘ll be able to pay for your pledge and for any add-ons with PayPal via our Pledge Manager partner – BackerKit.com. Go ahead and pledge! No worries.

I would love to get the 3” figurines/20” statuette, but I can’t back at that level. Will it be available later as an add-on?
You’re not alone! Some items are exclusive to the Kickstarter, and some will be available later as an add-on. How do you know? The “Rewards” section on the campaign page goes into details about each item. The figurines will be available later as an add-on, but the 20” statuette is exclusive to the Kickstarter, which means it is only available as a reward at certain pledge levels.

For the Two Thumbs Up Karlos Key level, will both keys be for one console or can I get keys for two separate consoles?
It’s a beauty! When the surveys are sent out post-Kickstarter, you’ll be able to select two for the same console, OR for two different consoles.

Can I play with a GameCube controller? Controller remapping functionality?
Ah! Controller remapping functionality. This is something that we’ll investigate further but it is not currently in our roadmap for release. You can play with a GameCube controller, though the buttons are not mapping as expected.

Can’t I just tell you which console I want my reward for? How do you know where to ship my rewards to?
After the Kickstarter ends, around 1-3 weeks later, we’ll send out a survey via BackerKit.com. You’ll answer questions, like what you want for your credits, your shipping address, and which platform(s) you want for your complimentary game key. This survey is also your exclusive backer-only access to the add-ons before the public.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
