European Union and United Kingdom orders are no longer accepted, including digital items, our apologies. Unfortunately, we've had to make this difficult decision due to VAT registration issues.

The Doomeranger! Part 2 Update
What's new at the zoo? This update is focused on the new digital comic by Krome Studio's Steve Stamatiadis that ALL TY2HD Kickstarter campaign backers will be receiving when it has been completed.
(Soon, there will be a separate physical goods update.)
In the last Doomeranger update, we had a sneak peek at two pages of the inking that has been completed so far, and a reminder of the characters we'll be meeting.
Here we see the next stage in the creation process, the coloring.
Brolga and Ridge - colored!
Steve is a digital artist and it's interesting to compare the ink and colored versions to see the richness of the Photoshop techniques he uses.
In the coming months, after the remaining pages of the comic are inked and colored, there will be a few final steps. In addition to the lettering (words), a front and back cover will be created.

Doomeranger is the latest comic by Krome Studios Co-founder and Creative Director, Steve Stamatiadis and it was a stretch goal from the TY1HD Kickstarter. Thanks to the previous backers, this comic is the newest adventure of TY the Tasmanian Tiger and his mates. It can be found in digital form on our BackerKit shop, as well as a limited number of remaining physical copies.
Interested in more about TY the Tasmanian Tiger? Steve shares that Doomeranger contains story elements and setup for a potential NexTY/TY5.

Year of the (Tasmanian) Tiger - 2022 Physical Goods Update

After our office closure for the holidays, we've been back talking to our vendors.
Year of the Tiger!
Merchandise is primarily being created in China. For the next couple of weeks, they are celebrating their New Year holiday (Year of the Tiger!) and their factories are closed.
When they return, we should have updates on the remaining physical goodies that are still outstanding (figurines, toy boomerang, swim shorts and the TY2 Statues that are part of some backer tier rewards).
TY2 Double-Disc Vinyl Records
Awesome news here with the records, if this was the last remaining item from your Backer Tier or from what you added-on to your order, it has either shipped or is in the process of shipping. If you have any of the above items not-available yet (figurines, boomerang, shorts), your record will come sometime in 2022's "Wave 2" shipment with those other items.
Quartermaster Logistics has also completed their end-of-the-year inventory counts. We have more extras of the records. They've been made available for purchase again!
Europe and United Kingdom Backer Rewards
When we returned in January, we discovered that the Euro Region Wave 1 backer rewards had not shipped yet. Thank you to those of you who wrote in to inquire! That issue has been corrected.
We've amended the Wave 1 items to include the vinyl record. Shipments that included enamel pins, CD, art book, comic and the vinyl record have gone out.
For United Kingdom backers, the whole lot of the above are transiting to a distribution warehouse in the UK. We've been told they should be going out to you around mid-February.
We're so sorry for the delay. For the couple of you in this region that moved and reached out to us, you should be okay.

What's New, Buckaroo?
Following on from the mysterious pair from Doomeranger part 1, the challenges continue for TY and the gang at Bush Rescue. Initial reports confirm more Sly story is coming with this next edition.
New Characters
The legendary Doomerang, a weapon like no other. What will happen next? A rangload of new characters make their debut in the upcoming edition. More of your old favorites too, of course!

Xbox Title Update? Struth!

New TY2HD Xbox Update - Please Check
Hi Everybody!
After several frustrating months of being unable to reproduce the random crash that some Xbox users were experiencing, we've just pushed live a new update that will <hopefully> fix the issue!
But, wait! Can you help us? Before we tell the news to all our social media channels about this update, we wanted to post here first and ask for anybody who has been experiencing the issue to download the new build and let us know if it works for you. (After updating check that the build number = r6720_v1.93; displayed on the main menu.)
Why do we need your help? We are still unable to reproduce the issue on our development hardware. However, thanks to the assistance of a super TY fan (thanks again, Wolfen!) we were able to reproduce it <in one area> on a retail Xbox kit. Wolfen worked with builds pushed to a closed beta group, and can no longer reproduce the issue! Huzzah! But that's just one mate.
Thank you for your patience, hopefully this'll make things just a bit better for you all on Xbox!

Wave 1 Shipments Launching Soon

At the end of October, the shipping addresses were locked down and sent off to the distributors. These first set of shipments are known as Wave 1.
Wave 1 shipments are any orders that contain the Artbook, CD, Comic, and/or Enamel Pin set. These include Kickstarter pledge rewards containing these items, add-ons made to the February Kickstarter backer surveys, and Pre-Orders made through to the end of October.
Next Steps for Wave 1 Shipments
If you are in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), Puerto Rico and a few other select countries, in the upcoming weeks you will be receiving an email from Quartermaster Logistics for your address to be checked one more time.
Aetherworks, in Sydney, is fulfilling the Australian, New Zealand and Asia Pacific Wave 1 orders. Aetherworks will also send out an email in the upcoming weeks for your address to be checked.
Preparation for fulfillment is currently underway at Aetherworks and Quartermaster Logistics fulfillment centers. You will receive a second email with tracking information in early December when your items ship.
If you've moved since the end of October, please be on the look out for the above mentioned address check email from them so that you can update your address. Please also contact us at [email protected] to let us know your new address.
Europe, United Kingdom Wave 1 Shipments
Your Wave 1 ship date may or may not be the same as the other territories. Goods are now starting to make their way to the Surfin Meeple distribution hub in France for the UK and EU orders. Thank you Surfin Meeple for partnering with us.
The Artbooks and Comics are being processed by France on their way to Surfin Meeple. The CDs and Enamel Pins are close behind and are in transit to France.
Once Surfin Meeple is in possession of all Wave 1 items, they will see about slotting the orders into their system for fulfillment. We plan to update you again when we have more information. If you've moved since the end of October, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your new address.
What if I made an order after the addresses were Locked?
If you made an order after October 27th, those orders are on hold pending the completion of the Wave 1 shipments. We expect to release orders that only contain the Artbook, CD, Comic and/or Enamel Pins in December after Wave 1 is completed.
What if I move when a package is in transit or it gets lost?
If a package needs to be re-routed, there will be a small charge that you can work directly with QML about. If you are in Australia, New Zealand or Asia Pacific, you can work directly with Aetherworks, and if you are in the United Kingdom or Europe, you can work directly with Surfin Meeple.
You should receive an email from them when your package ships. It should include any tracking information, as well as customer service contact information.
If not, no worries, just reach out to us!
What about the Figurines, Plush Boomerang, TY2 Swim Shorts, and the Vinyl Records?
Those items are expected to ship in early 2022 in Wave 2.
Can I order the TY2 Artbook, CD, Comic and/or Enamel Pin set now?
New orders of any or all of just these items will be individually released for fulfillment after Wave 1 items have been dispatched.
These items were made for the TY2HD Kickstarter, and once the surplus is gone, we won't be making more.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept new orders destined for UK and EU countries due to VAT registration difficulties. (We're so happy for the European Legends who backed the Kickstarter with physical reward tiers. We're happy you got in early and that we're able to deliver you your items through Surfin Meeple! )
