Shipping Update

G'day TY2 Backers and Pre-order mates,
This update covers shipping news for each of the four distribution centers.
USA/Canada/North America Shipments
Over the weekend emails went out from the distribution partner, Quartermaster Logistics, to verify shipping addresses. Those are the final wave of shipments for this region. Look for your tracking email to come soon, because the test pack has been approved!
Australia/New Zealand/Pacific Region Shipments
Due to a spreadsheet error, some of the remaining boomerang orders that went out were missing their TY and Sly figurines. Some lucky mates even received a factory error figurine which made us laugh and cry all at the same time.
Missing TY and Sly figurine shipments have been cleared for take-off with Aetherworks, this region's distribution partner, and those are the final wave of shipments for this region.
UK Region Shipments
Our distribution partner in the UK has shipped their final wave of shipments, also.
European Region Shipments
Your region is going to be lucky last. Your manufacturer's carton of boomerangs was lost in Toulouse, France, about 90 minutes from its destination. *sob* If only Infrarangs were real.
We do manufacturer extras in case things like this happen. We will mail over the needed units to the warehouse in France. Our goal is to ship these final orders as soon as possible.
What Comes Next?
The physical goods team has been focused on getting the last shipments processed and delivered. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride, but the end is in sight!
On the digital side, we have some exciting updates coming out about TY4 soon, as well as details about this year's conservation fundraiser.

The Boomerangs are finally out of production and are winging it to our distribution warehouses!
Aetherworks, our Asia Pacific distribution warehouse, have received their inventory. Currently, we are tracking the shipments to the warehouses in the US, UK and EU.
We will do another update soon to let you all know that the final wave of orders are coming your way! YEW!!!
Please look out for correspondence regarding your order from our distribution warehouses in case they need verification or additional information from you: Quartermaster Logistics in the US, Surfin Meeple in EU, Zatu in UK, and Aetherworks for Australia and Asia Pacific.
Yes, there were further delays with the Boomerangs. The last manufacturing issue involved a lot of fixing by hand.

Asia Pacific Boomerangs
If you live here in this region (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, etc), and you are awaiting an order with a boomerang, your order is expected to ship out to you this week.
No Boomerang, and That's the Short of It
If you did not have a boomerang(s) in your order, you should have received all of your items by now.
Any order where the last item needed were the swim shorts, were shipped out the other month.
It's fun working on new things and we're psyched for the upcoming TY4 launch. We are in the final internal checks before we submit the TY the Tasmanian Tiger 4: Bush Rescue Returns remaster for approval.

TY2 Boardies and Boomerangs Update

G'day Mates!
We hope you've all been having a great 2023. It has been a while since our last update. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we get all our ducks in a row 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆
We have some good news to share! The boardshorts have passed quality inspections and are ready to be sent to our distributors. We would like you to check to see if you need a different size and to let us know quickly (see below).
Once the final items arrive at the distribution hubs, the distributors will process, pack, and ship the remaining outstanding orders within about a month. Of course, any other items still in your order will ship to you as well.
With the Boomerangs, there have been delays in their production due to Covid-19 outbreaks as well as changes in the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality standards. The manufacturer has informed us the Boomerangs will be completed by the end of this month.

Production Images
The first shorts off the production line - with the new velcro pockets! NO MORE metal bits.
We'll have a better idea of shipping windows once the shipments arrive and are inventoried into the warehouses early 2023. Full production is still in progress.
This is the plan - we're sticking with it.
When will I get my pledge/order with the shorts?
We'll have an update about orders with shorts/boomerangs in early 2023.
There are no more of the TY2 swim shorts available for pre-order.
I haven't received the figurines, didn't they ship already?
If your order also included shorts/boomerangs, it will ship together when the shorts/boomerangs are also ready.
Orders that were only figurines, or were awaiting the figurines to be complete have been shipped. If you expected an order like this and haven't received it, please email us at [email protected] so that we can investigate.
How do I know if my order included shorts/boomerangs?

Still awaiting a toy boomerang, swim shorts or figurines? This update is for you. Here's a sneak peek:
3 inch Figurines - Shipping Soon
The figurines have arrived into your local distribution hub and have been inventoried into stock.
We've directed orders to be shipped out that are only figurines, or just needed figurines to be completed.
Orders fitting this criteria are shipping out to you soon.
United Kingdom - this week (expected).
Europe - shipped last week.
Australia/Asia Pacific - have shipped.
USA/Canada/Rest of World - week of Nov. 28 or sooner
I ordered figurines, how do I know if they are shipping or not? If you are also awaiting the swim shorts and/or a toy boomerang, orders fitting that criteria will ship when the remaining items have been received and orders have been cleared for fulfillment.
Toy Boomerang - Final Prototype
Bonza, finally!
We are pleased to share that we have a final Ironbark boomerang prototype that we are happy with.
Payment has been made for full production. Production timelines are about 70-90 days before they get packed up to begin their trek to your local warehouse.
There are no more of the TY2 swim shorts available for pre-order.
When will you make any extra items available again?
We will make extra items available again after all of the Kickstarter rewards and pre-orders have been shipped in 2023. We will confirm extra inventory in stock and make it available for purchase again. That includes figurines, vinyl records, swim shorts, enamel pins and the first comic. (Why do you have extra stock? We order extras in case of damage, lost parcels, etc to ensure there is enough to cover the orders.)
Is Krome going to do another Kickstarter?
We do talk about it from time to time. They're heaps of work. Our desire is to complete our commitments to you, the TY2HD campaign backers first.
However, in the September Krome Insider newsletter, Robert Walsh, CEO teased that we'll be announcing at the end of the year about an opportunity for fans to get involved with TY the Tasmanian Tiger™ 4: Bush Rescue Returns™ coming to Nintendo Switch™.
